Valentines day quest

As of February 17, 2013

1. Get your hearts from n7,n6 ect
2. Get your Dust from Salamanders near FG.
3. Go to brew area, Stand on Fire - Brew 1 Heart 1 Dust - Repeat x7.
4. Get Fate water from fate Area x 7 -
5. Go to Brew area, Top Brew spot(Table) Brew 1 Heart 1 Fate Water x7 .
6. Hand in Cleneased Hearts

I know it gave an earring of some type as a reward, but i was inactive at the time..any idea what it does, Bren?

Edit: I know what it does now so i'll post it here for reference sake.
1/1 offense/defense adds and +1 charisma plus an additional +1 to the stat suitable for your class (+1 agil to thief for example)
