My thief is now 17/16 
Skilling on Aleria town folk is too easy for him.
He has on a full plate and a 4/4 ES ring from km-5.
With 1 or both those items, the Aleria town folk does him no damage.
The guards are not the same way. They can see him on hex and they hit him hard. The crossbow guards are not so bad, but the hally guards hit hard.
